The Simpsons is an American animated t.v. show created by Matt Groening, whose father was born in Saskatchewan. Writers Robert and Joel H. Cohen lived in Calgary and Tim Long is from Exeter, Ontario.

Phil Hartman provided voices for several regular characters including Lionel Hutz and Troy McClure.

Tower, an official tells Bart that he will find his "girlfriend, eh, and b, we're closing." Homer waves an American dollar to keep the tower open.

Bart finds Greta at Paramountie Studios, where Canadian Graffiti is being filmed. After Bart and Milhouse get in a big fight that ends up interrupting a curling match, Greta declares she has no interest in either Bart or Milhouse. The boys then reconcile and become part of Canada's basketball team.
