Bret Hart was born in Calgary and was a
professional wrestler in the WWF (now WWE) and WCW. He was a WWF tag team
champion, an WWF Intercontinental champ, WWF and WCW champ. He retired due to injuries. In 2002, he suffered a stroke while riding a bike. In 2006, he was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame.
Corey Hart was born in Montreal on May 31, 1962. He
is a singer- songwriter and his hits include Sunglasses At Night (1984)
and Never Surrender (1985). A remix of Sunglasses At Night was
released in 2001.
Owen Hart was born in Calgary and is the youngest of
the Hart wrestling brothers. Owen was a tag team champ, Intercontinental and
European champ in the WWF. He was killed when he fell from a harness that was
lowering him into the ring.
Phil Hartman was born in Brantford on September
24, 1948. He was a member of SNL and provided voices for several characters for The Simpsons.
Ronnie Hawkins was born in Huntsville, Arkansas, on January 19, 1935. He is a singer-songwriter and credited as the pioneer of Canadian rock music.

doughnut/coffee restaurant chain. He died in 1974.
Harry Houdini was in Montreal being interviewed
with some university students prior to his performance. A student asked if he
could punch him in the stomach to see if Houdini was capable of taking the
punch. Thinking Houdini agreed after he mumbled, the student punched Houdini.
Houdini fell ill but went on with his performance in Montreal. After his next
performance in Detroit, he had his appendix taken out and performed in Chicago
before he died.
Gordie Howe was born in Floral, Saskatchewan on
March 31, 1928. He played hockey for the Detroit Red Wings for 25 seasons. He
returned to pro hockey two years after his retirement. He is second on the
all-time scoring list and is the only hockey player to play pro in five
different decades.
Bobby Hull was born in Pointe Anne, Ontario on
January 3, 1939. He played hockey with the Chicago Blackhawks (1957-72) and
Winnipeg Jets (1972-79). He was 12-time all-star and was nicknamed the "Golden
Jet." He and his son, Brett, hold the most goals by a father and son.
Brett Hull was born on August 9, 1964 in Belleville, Ontario is a former NHL player, the son of legendary player Bobby Hull. Brett announced his retirement in 2005 with 741 career goals, placing him third on the all-time list. He played for the Calgary Flames, St. Louis Blues, Dallas Stars, Detroit Red Wings and Phoenix Coyotes.
Tommy Hunter was born in London, Ontario, on March 3,
